Thank You For Keeping Me

This is a nice torchy kind of contemporary song from Angela Spivey‘s 2000 album. Angela has been around the block having been born in Chicago in 1959, and starting her recording career in 1995 at age 36.  This song is kind of like Yolanda Adam’s “Through the Storm” in that at 3:26 it goes from major to minor as it gets into the vamp.  Nice.
