One final Christmas post and then we are done for this year. All the way from London I present yo you the City of Truth Church Gospel Choir.
From an ABC Christmas special Jennifer did. Enjoy.
Even though we are now on the otherside of Christmas, why don’t we keep it going just a few days more.
A fitting song for Christmas morning…go tell it!! Everywhere that Jesus Christ is Born. Merry Christmas everyone.
A nice adaptation of the old Ukranian hymn, The Carol of The Bells from D. Lawrence and Tri City.
A beautiful Christmas song from one of my favorite artists, Ms. Dottie Peoples.
From the annual Christmas performance of The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra
My annual re-post of a wonderful holiday treat for all of you. The complete album of the gospel version of Handel’s Messiah that culminates in the Soulful Hallelujah. What better music to listen to while puttering around the kitchen cooking and baking and getting ready for gatherings of family and friends. (Seems I re-post this every year, but it’s the best…and it’s really the only version of The Messiah I know! Ooops…I know, I’m a cultural troglodyte! Oh well )
Have a wonderful day!!
P.S. I’m off to Quebec City for the holidays today, so I’m “pre-posting” about a weeks worth of posts so I don’t have to remember to do it every day while I’m away. I’ll resume LIVE postings on the 29th. MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL, AND TO ALL A GOOD NIGHT! R.L.
